I-CBT Virtual Skills Group:
Practice Makes Progress: Keep going with I-CBT in a group setting
Over 16 weeks, you’ll work alongside others who know what it’s like to get pulled into the OCD bubble—with the false promise that resolution is just within reach, only to end up even more confused.
This group is where you stop trying to manage OCD’s content and start recognizing the pattern underneath it. Together, you’ll walk through the I-CBT modules, practice seeing through the doubt, and learn to trust your own reality again.

Make I-CBT work for you—with structure, support, and shared experience
Are you still getting pulled into the same obsessive stories, even though you understand I-CBT? You get the concepts, but in the moment, it’s hard not to fall for OCD’s story. That gap between knowing and doing can feel frustrating.
Would it help to practice I-CBT with more than just your own theme? OCD can shapeshift, but the reasoning behind it stays the same. Hearing how others apply I-CBT to their own doubts, helps you spot OCD’s tricks faster—and makes it easier to apply the tools to your own themes.
Struggling to keep track of all the concepts from session to session? I-CBT is a layered learning process with 12 modules—and if you’re meeting with your therapist weekly (or less), it can be hard to hold onto everything in between.
Do you feel alone doing this work? I-CBT can be powerful, but it’s also a different way of approaching OCD than many are used to. When you're the only one in your life doing this work, it can feel isolating or hard to explain.
Are you looking for structure and support to help you stay consistent? You don’t have to do this alone. With the right support, it’s easier to stay motivated, build momentum, and keep OCD from running the show.
Worried about not "doing I-CBT right"? It’s easy to feel like if you mess it up, you’ll lose progress or make things worse. But that’s just another trick OCD plays. Practicing with support helps you build trust—not just in the process, but in yourself.
Learn to step out of OCD’s story—and back into reality
This group helps you move from understanding the I-CBT model to confidently using it in your daily life. We focus on one module per week, with space to ask questions, and apply what you’re learning not just to your own doubts—but to other members’ obsessional reasoning patterns too. This helps you generalize the tools and build a sense of community at the same time.
