Specialized Therapy That Helps You Break the Cycle

You need more than a supportive listener—you need someone who knows what works.  I provide evidence-based therapy tailored to your specific diagnosis, using approaches like ERP and I-CBT for OCD, and ACT or Metacognitive therapy for anxiety. These treatments go beyond surface-level coping—they help you understand the patterns of thinking that keep fear and doubt alive, shift the way you respond to uncertainty, and break the behaviors that keep you stuck.

Working Together: What itlooks like

  • Schedule Free Consultation

The first step is to contact me by submitting an online inquiry. I will reach out to you and schedule a free 30-minute consultation phone call, where we can connect and explore whether working together is the right fit. During this call, I’ll tell you a bit about my approach and what I can offer, and I’ll answer any questions you may have. If it turns out BreakingOCD isn’t the best match for your needs, I’ll gladly offer my recommendation on which specialty, provider, or specific therapy approach may be a better fit for what you’re looking for, along with resources to help you find it.

  • Complete Intake Assessment

If we choose to move forward, we’ll schedule your intake session— a comprehensive and thorough assessment, designed to help me fully understand what’s going on and map out what you need. We’ll take time to explore your symptoms in depth, clarify diagnostic considerations, and look at how your experiences are showing up in your daily life. This assessment allows me to thoughtfully determine what treatment approach will be the best fit for you.

Once we’ve established a plan, we’ll begin therapy using the format and frequency that best supports your progress whether it’s a standard session, extended session or an intensive.

  • Adjust & Evolve

As we move forward, we’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust the structure of treatment as needed. This may include shifting the type or frequency of sessions, updating your treatment goals as your needs change, or preparing to wind down therapy when the time is right. We’ll continue to tailor your plan to match where you are in your growth and recovery.
